    How I made my health routine comfortable for a week

    To make my wellness routine completely comfortable, I first had to make my workouts comfortable. This meant changing my normal gym sessions (which I had to skip this winter) to shorter, breakfast routine I could do it from home. As soon as I started creating this new routine, I fell in love with the convenience and noticed I felt a lot more motivated to move my body.

    I did everything from relaxing core work to fiery glute sculpting from the comfort of my mat, never once leaving the floor. I was so jealous of each of the relaxing workout classes with minimal equipment (I only used a resistance band and a light set of hand weights). My favorite was the seven-minute arm workout, which I may or may not have done in my PJs on more than one occasion. But even after finishing the Cozy Club program, it’s nice to know that I can turn to these workouts whenever I feel low on energy. Changing my workouts this way made winter fitness more accessible, helped me stay on track, and allowed me to feel productive even when the winter slump started to make its appearance.
