Organizations that prioritize the well-being of the whole person report 55% less turnover, 31% greater productivity, and significantly stronger employee loyalty.     Insights from the summit’s employers point to several defining trends shaping the future of wellness work:

    -Preventive and functional care as the standard: The industry is moving away from reactive, symptom-based care to a functional, preventive and longevity-focused model.
