What her training looks like has changed over the past two decades, but right now it means working with Dubai-based PT Amandio Costa (since she and her husband Rio have relocated to the UAE). Here’s what a one-week workout actually involves:

Beyond structured workouts, Walking There’s another non-negotiable in Kate’s weeks. ‘Rio and I walk a lot. In Dubai, we probably go for evening walks three or four times a week. We’ll just take a 45 minute tour and walk you through our day. “I love it,” she says.
