Sherman, Texas (KXII) – Texoma Medical Center Registered dietitians Vi Rivera and Samantha Robbins join Caroline on Talk of the Town to discuss some healthy food options for those who want to keep their New Year’s resolutions throughout the year.
Rivera and Robbins recommend eating high-fiber foods like oatmeal with blueberries, toast with peanut butter and banana, apple with peanut butter and baby tomatoes.

- 1 cup blueberry overnight oats
- 1 apple
- 1 banana
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 slices wheatberry bread
- 1 whole wheat english muffin
- 3 slices of ham
- 1 slice cheddar
- 1/2 cup carrot sticks
