We wanted to give our Changing Habits community in the USA and Canada a quick update on whatβs happening with shipping at the moment.
Canada
Unfortunately, due to the ongoing national worker strike affecting transport and postal networks, weβve had to temporarily suspend all shipments to Canada. If youβve recently placed an order with us, donβt worry your goodies are safe and sound in our warehouse. Weβll hold onto them until shipping lanes reopen, or we can reroute to an alternate destination if youβd like. Of course, if youβd prefer to cancel your order, simply let us know and weβll sort it out for you.
United States
Orders are still being dispatched as normal, but the current U.S. federal government shutdown is causing big delays at customs and inbound processing hubs. That means parcels are taking longer than usual to arrive, and tracking scans may be patchy at times. If you have something urgent coming your way, you can choose an upgraded serviceβbut please keep in mind that even premium shipping options may still face border delays right now.
